Well that didn't last long. China found to be a cheater and liar yet again by transferring oil to NorK tankers at sea.Screw 'em I say. Cut trade in half or some other drastic action.
Speaking of China... due to Trump’s tax cuts to corporations China is now giving them incentives to do business with them. Some really large companies gave bonuses this year. (Unfortunately I work for a small company.)
